About the Role

• Demonstrate professional and collaborative practice when communicating with patients and carers, nursing colleagues and the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate a commitment to increase knowledge, skills and competencies through contributing to quality healthcare, through lifelong learning and professional development of self and others.
• Participate with other members of the Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services team in providing support, orientation, and mentorship to the healthcare team, including new and less experienced staff.
