Job Description - Administrative Officer

LME Care, a Registered NDIS Support Provider in Brisbane, is seeking for a dynamic and proactive Administrative Professional to join our team. With over 25 years of combined experience in the disability sector in Australia, LME Care is committed to delivering high-quality services, empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Assistant to the CEO and Director, you’ll be responsible for screening and making cold calls, proactively chasing leads, and organizing the office calendar with precision. You will coordinate and execute events with flair, ensuring each one runs smoothly. With a strong sense of initiative, you'll anticipate the needs of the office and functions, consistently staying one step ahead. Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and redirect phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy documentation and record keeping
  • Manage Company Vehicles and compliance
  • Office management, organising office resources and commodities
  • Accountable for tracking staff accessibility of keys
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Compile reports, internal communications and other documents.
  • Assist with scheduling job interviews, exit interviews, inductions, and organizing employee paperwork.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Canva, and CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience working in the disability sector or a similar industry is highly desirable.
