Job Description - Digital Marketing Intern

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  2. Campaign Management
    • Lead and manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings and maximize organic reach.
  3. Content Creation and Management
    • Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality content for blogs, articles, social media posts, emails, and other digital platforms.
    • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with brand messaging.
  4. Analytics and Reporting
    • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance.
  5. Team Leadership
    • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.


Required Skills
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
