Our platform supports decentralised identity and verifiable data, enabling people to prove things about themselves without handing over more data than necessary.

We’re looking for a Field Solutions Engineer to accelerate technical delivery across priority partner and customer engagements. You’ll bring deep product knowledge into the field supporting integrations, unblocking complex technical challenges, leading workshops and hackathons, and ensuring successful implementation in real-world environments.

This role suits a strong engineer who enjoys working directly with customer teams, solving complex problems, and turning real-world deployments into repeatable patterns. The role is based in Sydney or Melbourne and includes travel across Australia and internationally to support partner and customer engagements.

What you'll be doing

Field Delivery & Technical Enablement

• Embed into priority partner and customer engagements to accelerate progress toward defined technical outcomes


• Provide hands-on integration and implementation support, guiding teams on recommended approaches


• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, coordinating internally to drive resolution


• Plan and facilitate technical workshops, hackathons, and enablement sessions to build capability and adoption

Demo & Enablement Assets

• Build and maintain high-quality demo assets, including sample applications, reference implementations, and demo environments


• Continuously improve technical demos to support customer engagements and internal enablement

Patterns, Feedback & Product Insight 

• Capture and standardise repeatable technical patterns (reference architectures, templates, runbooks, playbooks)


• Gather evidence-based insights from real-world deployments and translate them into actionable product feedback


• Maintain clear communication on engagement status, risks, and next steps across stakeholders

What you bring

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Customer Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant or similar)


• Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and implementation challenges


• Experience delivering technical solutions end-to-end alongside customer or partner engineering teams


• Experience facilitating hands-on technical workshops, hackathons, or enablement sessions


• Experience building and maintaining demo assets (sample apps, reference implementations, demo environments)


• Clear and structured written communication skills (technical documentation, patterns, engagement summaries)

Advantageous

• Experience operating in enterprise or security-sensitive environments


• Experience creating reusable reference architectures or developer tooling


• Experience working within partner-led delivery models
