We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Host for our luxury whale watching cruises and private charters to join our crew and elevate the guest experience on board.

The Role:

As a Host aboard our luxury yachts, you will be the heart and soul of our cruises, providing top-notch hospitality while entertaining our guests. This role is perfect for someone with marine experience who loves the ocean, thrives in a social setting, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and interact with guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the cruise.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and refreshments with professionalism and flair.
• Host and lead onboard entertainment, including speaking on the mic, coordinating activities, and engaging guests in a fun and respectful manner.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down before and after cruises.
• Ensure the bar and hosting areas are clean, well-maintained, and stocked.
• Collaborate with the crew to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

Requirements:

• Previous marine experience is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy and comfortable hosting or speaking in front of groups.
• A passion for service excellence and creating unforgettable experiences.
• Must be comfortable on the water and able to work on a moving vessel.
• RSA certification required.
• Availability to work from Thursday to Tuesday, starting June 1, including weekends and public holidays, as per cruise schedules.
