Our Federal Government Client is looking for a D365 Developer to enhance the Client's automated deployment capabilities and strive to work in a low code/no code environment as much as possible. The technical expert will also be responsible for the functional to technical mapping, data analysis and integration mappings whilst also developing, configuring, customising, supporting, deploying, and maintaining a Dynamics 365 solution. You should be versatile and proficient across a wide range of D365/Azure/Power platform/Azure Service Bus/Logic Apps practices, including model and canvas app development.
This is a contract position with an initial 12-month contract duration with potential 2x12-month extension options. The role is open to open to Australian citizens with the ability to obtain AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance. This role is based in Canberra, with opportunities to work remotely. The successful candidate/s responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Contribute across all phases of projects (e.g., Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test)
Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent solution delivery
Managing the development lifecycle from end-to-end through the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solution
Configure Microsoft Data verse and create apps by using Microsoft Power Apps including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps and Portal Apps
Utilise the out of the box features of Dynamics 365 such as workflow automation/Power Automate, report wizards, import/export capabilities, service management dashboard, queue management, service level agreements
Integrating of Microsoft Power Apps with other apps and services
Conduct data analysis for entity model design and build, identify and incorporate data rules within the application's context, data mappings and integration mappings
Develop quality, fit-for-purpose applications and services including custom workflows, plug-ins, and various integrations
Work closely with the testers and project team to ensure DevOps items are being managed to meet timeframes, timely development sprints are achieved, and defects are resolved
Work in an agile methodology operating environment to develop Dynamics 365 based solutions including deployment and monitoring
Create and update technical design documents and as build documentations
Essential criteria:
D365 and Power Platform including Canvas Apps experience.
Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate hands on experience.
Azure Service Bus and APIM Hands on experience.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens who can obtain Federal Government Security Clearances.
