We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Administration Officer to join our incredible team at Royal Freemasons Ltd in Moe 3825, VIC.

Roster: (part time role)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am-3pm

Friday 9am-5pm

Saturday  10am-2pm

 

Key Requirements  

  • First point of contact for customers, greet and assist visitors
  • Recruitment and HR administration assistance
  • Demonstrate a customer focus to both internal and external customers
  • Ensure employee, resident, prospective resident and family confidentiality
  • Ensure the correct storage and archiving of records
  • Answer all incoming calls, responding to inquiries as necessary

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
  • High level of computer literacy with aged care software and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, problem identification and resolution skills
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, energy, inquisitiveness, initiative and innovative thinking
  • Has a warm uplifting personality that can communicate and relate to older people
  • Excellent personal presentation

NDIS Worker Screening Check (includes Australian Federal Police Check) Royal Freemasons is a NDIS approved provider. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees, contractors, labour hire and volunteers must have a completed NDIS check. This is part of compliance and needs to be completed prior to commencement as well as an  International Police Check for those that have lived overseas for 12 months or more within the last 10 years.

 
Mandatory Vaccines  All aged care workers must be vaccinated against Covid-19 (3 vaccines) and encouraged to receive the Flu-Vaccine, all successful applicants will be required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
