Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

KKR, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a dedicated and confident Office Manager to work from home in Brisbane, Queensland. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence - Organize and maintain office filing systems and databases - Create and distribute internal communications and memos - Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Ensure office policies and procedures are followed - Provide administrative support to senior management as needed

Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Must be detail-oriented and have a high level of accuracy - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
