Nanosonics is seeking a talented and innovative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This part-time role requires a creative thinker who is passionate about social media and has a knack for crafting compelling narratives that engage audiences and elevate our brand presence. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, driving engagement, and enhancing our online community across multiple platforms.
### Responsibilities:
- **Social Media Strategy Development:** - Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Nanosonics' business goals and brand voice. - Continuously analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement.
- **Content Creation and Management:** - Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. - Collaborate with the creative team to produce eye-catching visuals, videos, and graphics. - Schedule and manage posts using social media management tools.
- **Community Engagement:** - Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. - Monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- **Campaign Management:** - Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, and company initiatives. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure coherence across all channels and campaigns.
- **Analytics and Reporting:** - Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance. - Utilize insights to inform future content and social media strategies.
- **Trend Monitoring:** - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep Nanosonics' social media presence relevant and innovative.
- **Collaboration and Communication:** - Work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, and customer support to align social media efforts with overall business objectives. - Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, sharing insights and best practices.
### Requirements:
- **Education:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role. - Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities.
- **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). - Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices tailored for different platforms.
- **Personality Traits:** - Energetic and resourceful with an innate ability to think creatively and outside the box.
