Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries from American Express cardholders through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about account services, rewards programs, and transaction inquiries promptly.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the customer management system.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about American Express products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of customer service across the board.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in financial services or related industries.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and basic office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, managing your time effectively in a remote environment.
