Role Purpose:-

Work as SAP BO Admin and provide operational support for BO and BI.
Troubleshooting issues in BO IS and DS applications.
Maintenance activities like carrying out SAP BO patches
Support the SAP Basis and BI consultants as and when required

 Job Description:-

Support and maintain the BusinessObjects 4.2, QlikView, QlikSense, SAS Visual Analytics servers, services, and application suite
Monitor and maintain uptime of BI Platform
Administer security settings on BI Platform
Respond and resolve customer issues within specified SLA
Work in shifts in 24/7 model
Work with users on issues related to failed reports, dashboards, and report schedules
Migrate and maintain metadata (code, Business Objects universes and reports, SAS Dashboards) within layered deployments including dev, test, stage, and production
