Site Manager

D&T Group is expanding its operations across Europe and launching a new project footprint in Belgium. For our 19,000 m² mixed‑use development in Brussels (hotel, residential, office, commercial), we are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Site Manager / Execution Engineer to lead the electrical execution phase on site.

📍 Location: Brussels, Belgium (On‑site)

📐 Project Type: Mixed‑use construction & renovation

⏳ Duration: Approx. 20 months (project‑based) with opportunities for future assignments

🎯 Role & Responsibilities

1. Lead the full electrical execution process, from design review to Dossier EXE preparation and installation‑ready documentation.
2. Coordinate technical workflows between the central design office and on‑site teams.
3. Supervise site technicians, draftsmen, and subcontractors ensure quality, safety, and progress tracking.
4. Guarantee full compliance with RGIE / AREI regulations and project specifications.
5. Manage interdisciplinary coordination with HVAC, sanitary, architectural, and structural teams.
6. Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.

🧩 Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
2. Proven experience in electrical execution for commercial buildings, MEP projects, or large‑scale renovations.
3. Strong working knowledge of Belgian RGIE / AREI standards.
4. Hands‑on experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and daily execution workflows.
5. Professional proficiency in French and English Dutch is a strong asset.
6. Familiarity with Belgian site safety requirements (e.g., VCA‑VOL).
