We are looking for a flexible kiosk host in order to join our super team at Holiday Inn Brussels Airport. As new member of our family, you will:
- Successfully manage your shift from A to Z
- Make sure our guests have an unforgettable experience in our hotel.
Our reception is equipped with self check-in allowing you to fully concentrate on our guest relation. You take initiatives and suggest improvements and innovation

About you :
- You are fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus
- You are driven by the guest experience: you are a good listener, proactive, you handle possible complaints
- Flexibility in tasks and shifts
- You have a first experience in an hotel in a similar position
- You have a knowledge of OPERA PMS
- You work in a focused and orderly manner. You can handle a healthy portion of stress
