To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Inside Sales Coordinator for Antwerp, Brussels, Limburg, Walloon & Flemish Brabant.

As a member of the Sales Team, you’re responsible for the success of StepStone and our customers!

Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Work on a portfolio of large B2B customers and prospects, from hunting to closing deals by phone
  • Manage your portfolio of clients, you listen to their needs and train them in the use of our products
  • Search for initiatives to grow your sales activities and develop the business
  • You detect cross/up-selling opportunities and take initiatives to improve your sales
  • Help to coordinate across the businesses for our Sales colleagues
  • Work with monthly targets based on your call activity and your invoiced sales
