Within the R&D department, the embedded software engineer will play a key role in the creation of software for our physical and virtual router solutions. You will work in the data team where you will be responsible to develop and integrate solutions and technologies for our router and vpn products into a comprehensive and cost-efficient design. As an embedded SW engineer, you have to be an all-rounder and will be involved in: Software development & testing for embedded physical and virtualized devices
Development & implementation of Linux device drivers
Design or implementation of software architecture, systems and building blocks
Working in a close-knit project team to develop, debug and optimise designs
Documenting your software designs

Profil recherché :

o Programmation bas niveau: C
o Language de script: BASH
o Connaissances en réseaux: IP,TCP,UDP.
• Connaissances souhaitées (6 points minimum):
o Programmation bas niveau: assembleur (x86, ARM32, PPC)
o Programmation haut niveau: python
o Connaissances en réseau: Ethernet, VLAN, ARP, L2TP, L2CP,ICMP, 802.11x, LTE, 5G.
o Linux kernel: la pile réseau + écriture de pilotes
o DPDK (gros plus)
o Programmation multithread
o Programmation bare metal
o Débogage: GDB, hardware débogage (JTAG, SWD via lauterbach par exemple)
o Virtualisation (kemu, ARMv8 et x86)
o Conteneurisation: docker, linux namespaces
o Capacité à concevoir un programme embarqué (architecture).
o Bitbake/Yocto
o Gitlab, Jira, Jenkins, sonarqube
