For our Foreign Support Team, we are recruiting a new colleague! You are responsible for region of East Flanders (Oost-Vlaanderen) for the contact with workers coming from abroad and you are their Integration Coach in the next period regarding Support for their accommodation, administrative steps such as the subscription at the city hall, health insurance etc. You will be in contact with the workers before their arrival in Belgium. You will their guide from the beginning by preparing their arrival with a clear and detailed presentation of their future life in Belgium and how Accent Jobs could help them in their first steps. Once arrived, you are the person who welcomes them and take care of their Support for the next period… You will be responsible for a portfolio of ~70 persons in their integration period. Is supportive one of your biggest qualities? Do you like to “hit the road Jack” and you manage to drink your coffee from the car without pouring it on your shirt? Combined with an overdose of communication on phone calls, flexibility to adapt on the circumstances and big resistance to stress? Then we would be more than happy to welcome you in our team! regularly visit the locations
sign documents
report problems
arrange the relocation of the workers if necessary

Your Profile:
Communication skills: possibility to adapt the communication style to the interlocutor in order to build a relationship of trust
Accuracy in completing necessary documents
Negotiation skills
Planning and organizing
Working autonomously
Problem-solving thinking and acting
Collegiality in collaboration with own team, branch network
Stress resistance: setting priorities, dealing with time pressure
Adaptability to changing circumstances
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English - Polish, Romanian and Dutch are a big plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, Internet
