For one of our client, a fintech startup, we are looking for an Office Manager - 6 Months Your responsibilities: · Meeting Rooms, Post mail check · Onboarding sessions + office tour for new employees · Badge creation for new joiners and Collect devices from employees leaving · Devices stock check + order from Milan · Activation of SIM cards for new employees · Purchase of office supplies + hardware · Relocation process with travel agency for employees who are moving · Service management (cleaning service, badges, visitors, packages reception) · Assign devices to new entries (laptop, mobile phone) based on position and needs · Check office supplies + needs · Request for new memberships in France + Germany Regus / SPACES · Update devices file management with current situation of devices Your profile: · 3 to 5 years of experience in the same position (office management) · Ability to prioritize requests and switch from one task to the other. · Professional manners including confidentiality and discretion. · Fluent in French and English.
