UX Designer

About the Role:

For one of our clients, a big player in the IT market in Belgium, we are seeking a skilled UX Designer. This role involves contributing to the design and development of user-centered solutions, emphasizing functionality, usability, and innovative design thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and facilitate user testing.
• Develop prototypes and wireframes (UX-focused projects only).
• Lead and participate in design sprints and design thinking workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into effective solutions.
• Utilize Figma as the primary design tool.

• Minimum 5 years of UX design experience.
• Strong expertise in user research, design thinking, and user testing.
• Proven ability to work on complex, service-driven projects.
• Languages: Fluency in English, plus French or Dutch is highly desirable.
• Comfortable with a hybrid working model.
