Responsabilities:

The main objective in this position is to analyze sales force performance, process development and continuous search for improvements.

• Responsible for supporting systems and tools ensuring the correct working and use of them.
• Give visibility to the organization for decision-making in the use of resources through the administration and regular reporting as well as to providing feedback to Sales Force, Marketing and SFE Area about use and working of software/platform.
• SFE Analyst is responsible also for providing and sharing data to affiliate and this service includes management of current processes (Sales) and information management (analysis and KPis reporting) and Incentive Plans (Calculation) and Territory Performance.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in SFE ;
• Knowledge of Demand Pharma Sales Force, commercial tools and the sales process in Brazil;
• Bachelor’s degree is required;
• Fluid English with written and verbal skills is important for Global reports;
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Advanced Excel;
