Operations
·Assisting the BD team with managing all the payments.
·Segmenting, tracking, and documenting client performance, including return on investment (ROI) to help the team structure the strategies of growth.
·Supporting day-to-day operations, such as handling account setups, performance tracking and general administrative tasks
Requirement
·Solid experience in affiliate marketing or account management.
·Strong grasp of affiliate marketing metrics, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
·Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, performance-driven decisions.
·Familiarity with managing affiliate payment processes and tracking performance.
·Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
·Able to juggle multiple affiliates or campaigns at once and stay organized under pressure.
·Strong project management abilities, with great attention to detail and deadlines.
·Skilled at identifying growth opportunities for affiliates and troubleshooting performance issues.
·Passionate about innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
