Reply is a leading Consulting, Systems Integration and Application Management company, specializing in the creation and implementation of solutions based on new communication networks and digital media. We re looking for a Support Analyst to work with Stellantis, one of our clients 


Our primary focus is on off-board systems and its interaction and integration with in-vehicle systems. The off-board systems are complex in that they cover cloud platforms, user channels, back office systems, contact centers and integration with third party systems. All of these systems are developed to support high availability and fast response of services expected by our customers. In addition, the connectivity systems developed by Stellantis are global (build once deploy globally) with regional adaptations. English is required.
Work hours: 6 AM to 3 PM

The responsibilities of the OP4C Network Operation Center Analyst include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Monitor, detect and address incidents that impact any GSDP capabilities and services, major incident management and continual improvements
  • Identify and implement real-time or synthetic monitoring to avoid customer impact
  • Smoke/regression testing to ensure production environment is working as expected
  • Problem management, change management and knowledge management
  • Troubleshoot and triage incidents to appropriate teams
  • Management reporting, operational coordination and communication
  • Exposure to all pillars of the connected vehicle organization (commercial, marketing, hardware, software, suppliers, etc.)

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor s degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in troubleshooting/root cause analysis
  • Motivated to learn new technologies
  • Advanced English

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related information technology field 
  • Experience working with large global teams including supporting global time zones
  • Experience in handling Personal Information (PII)
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundation, Agile, and DevOps
  • Knowledge with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Elastic search, , Splunk and/or App Dynamics
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Ability to multitask and work in a cross-functional setting
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn complex business processes
