Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job summary
Reporting to the Regional Manager of Accounts Payable Responsible for all tasks related to the process of the Accounts Payable Department Supervising the activities related to producing the year-end report
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Coordinating and supervising the department's operational activities • Ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of the department and the Network • Validating payments and making payments due to suppliers, employees, and physicians • Supervising the activities related to producing the year-end report • Traveling within the Network's territory to support employees and managers • May be assigned various duties based on the operational needs of financial services
Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Administration with concentration in accounting • Minimum of five years' relevant experience in an accounts payable and accounting department • Experience supervising staff and strong coaching skills • Participatory leadership style focused on clients and outcomes • Ability to set priorities and meet objectives • Good analytical, problem-solving, writing, and synthesis skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good listening skills • Ability to speak and explain using simple language • Good organizational skills, ability to manage several projects/tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work within short deadlines
