Summary
Enhancing the online Member’s experience is a strategic priority for CAA North & East Ontario. To support this priority, we are looking for a Web Developer to prioritize, develop, and support our customer-facing web assets.
The ideal person has a passion for the customer experience and a pragmatic and realistic approach to development, sequencing enhancements, and remediation with a strong understanding of the associated business value. A ‘get it done’ attitude is a must!
Surrounded by a team who know the business inside and out, and reporting to the Managing Director, Enterprise Solutions, our Web Developer will work within a team that includes an integration expert, a junior developer, and a handful of 3rd party experts who augment our in-house skills.

Responsibilities:
- Love and respect your fellow team
- Work with the team to define, develop, and support enhancements
- Guide the Club’s Web Development investment to drive tangible business value
- Be a lightning-fast developer, helping to push quality enhancements through rapidly
- Monitor website performance, metrics, and audience needs, providing insight and options
Education and/or Experience
- 2+ years of professional web development work experience
- Web & Java Scripting, HTML
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics Tools
- Use of CSS and Layers to improve usability
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility & accessibility requirements
- Experience in quality assurance and system-level testing
- Familiarity with design and usability
- Experience with Content Management Systems is a bonus
- Experience with .NET is a bonus
