About the Opportunity

• Management of all day-to-day activities involving accounting, finance, internal controls and strategic planning/business support
• Lead month end close process
• Maintain and improve overall financial, accounting & reporting policies and procedures as well as optimizing procedures to ensure efficiency & effectiveness
• Lead continuous assessment of internal controls and processes and recommend improvements
• Management, development and evaluation of the financial team
• Provide financial and non-financial support to management and staff
• Ensure submission of all corporate reporting in a timely manner
• Ensure preparation of financial analyses and reports according to operational and strategic objectives
• Analyze and interpret monthly, quarterly and annual results and explain any significant variance between actual and expected results
• Coordinating and developing budgets and forecasts
• Develop and prepare meaningful management reporting to help drive and support business decisions
• Provide critical financial and operational information to facilitate strategic planning and allow for decisive actions to be implemented

About You

• CPA
• 1-2 years managerial experience
• Full-cycle/Reporting and FP&A hybrid experience

Salary Range
$115,000-$125,000/year
