The opportunity:
Want to be creative in a corporate world? This is a unique opportunity to join the communications team in Montreal!
As part of a dynamic and agile team, you will support the Senior Communications Consultant in designing, writing and delivering internal and external communications initiatives while supporting the actions of the marketing, human resources, recruitment and client experience teams.This is a part-time position, 3 days weekly.What you will do:What you bring to this role:
- Take part in writing and creating the internal newsletter.
- Help coordinate (writing and content creation) KPMG’s social media properties in Quebec: LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Track our external promotional campaigns and provide detailed reports.
- Participate in various internal virtual activities to promote them internally and on social media.
- Provide support for human resources and recruitment communications activities.
- Assist in updating the website (writing and editing).
- Carrying out a strategic watch and research new trends on social media.
- Serve on KPMG’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee in Quebec to support and promote the Committee’s various actions.
- Monitor media coverage.
- Support the team in the Montreal office by responding to various requests and all other related tasks.
- University degree in communications, journalism or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in supporting communications programs and writing powerful messages.
- Strong written, verbal and digital communications skills.
- Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written
- Passionate communicator and writer.
- Resourcefulness, ability to work independently and team spirit.
- Highly adaptable and a quick study.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
