Midtown Stays owns and manages a portfolio of over 70 short-term rental properties in that are rented on a nightly basis. Since November of 2015 we have successfully accommodated over 25,000 guests with excellent reviews and are quickly expanding nationwide and across borders as we manage other owners’ properties 100% virtually just like our own.
REST Methods is the marketing arm of Midtown Stays and was created as an educational company to teach individuals how to invest in great properties to build long term wealth. Our Podcast Short Term Rentals Riches is listened to by over 20,000 individuals every month and is the source for our expansion.

We are seeking an associate to join our team and work on all of our accounting project management, bookkeeping processes, procurement, document management, accounts payable, project reconciliation, and various other tasks. This associate will have the ability to problem solve and ensure accuracy with all of our company financials. Most of our work revolves around rental real estate; the ideal candidate will have an in depth knowledge of typical real estate related expenses.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We use the industry's leading software to have the tools to analyze most aspects of our portfolio performance. We just need the extra hand to and data-centric mindset to make sure we aren't overlooking anything. We hope that is you!

$1600-$2000 / month (negotiable) Paid time off after 6 months
This position is 100% work-from-home
