Job Summary
Performs specialized tasks related to the marketing requirements for the Atlantic region. In addition, the successful candidate will assist with specific administrative and research requirements as assigned by the Operations Manager. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, planning skills with the ability to function effectively with minimal direction, the ability to effectively multi-task and the ability to drive projects to successful and timely completion. Individuals must regularly exercise confidentiality, discretion and independent judgment.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities
Independently determine the appropriate methodology in creating marketing and presentation materials to CBRE Standards, which include: property brochures, offering packages, professional and team profiles, team and property marketing materials, and transaction reports – should be comfortable working in both print and digital format
Compile packages of property data, which contain material specifically tailored to each client
Type and proofread reports, proposals, presentation and various correspondence
Production of signage and advertising (newspaper and online)
Track marketing spend against budget
Assist with updating office websites, social media, etc
Assist with maintenance of aerial photograph storage/database
Update online property listings as required
Assist with preparation of presentation for annual Client Breakfast Event
Ability/willingness to assume responsibility for projects and tasks on an ad hoc basis
Miscellaneous responsibilities as required by management
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
A marketing Degree from four-year College or University preferred. A candidate with one to two years marketing / administrative experience supporting a fast paced office with an outstanding performance record. Industry related experience would be an asset
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Excellent computer skills including MS-Office and internet research.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills in addition to strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service.
Ability to effectively present information to senior internal staff and clientele.
Ability to Multi-Task effectively, dealing with multiple projects and deadlines
Results orientation with strong technical/analytical skills.
Strong service orientation with attention to detail. Makes decisions within established criteria and known processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a Team environment and within a corporate office structure.
