Job Summary
We have an opportunity for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This position can be located in our Richmond, BC headquarters or anywhere in the USA (remotely).
In this role, you will manage product/solutions marketing activities to grow services portfolio business: develop and drive customer-centric programs, create (write) engaging solutions and product content, collaborate with product management and sales enablement teams on deliverables for product launches across our Enterprise services portfolio.Responsibilities
Product/Solutions Marketing- Develop marketing programs and plans to support new customer acquisition, cross-sell & upsell in target industries and market segments
- Collaborate on developing buyer personas, use cases, value propositions, positioning and key messages
- Create (write) engaging product and solutions content across the marketing funnel, to support programs and solutions/product focus areas
- Work with product managers to maintain content and support for their product lines
- Collaborate within and across broader marketing teams to drive marketing leads and pipeline
Product Launches- Manage product launches – schedule and associated deliverables, in collaboration with product management and sales enablement team members
- Develop collateral and deliverables to support launches
Marketing Support- Competitive research
- Field sales requests
- Collaboration with Sales Enablement team
- Reporting
Required Education, Experience & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Engineering
- 5-8 years’ experience in marketing technology solutions
- Experience in marketing (subscription-based) services, software and applications in a B2B environment, preferably on a global basis
- Demonstrated ability to write customer-centric collateral about technology solutions and products
- Experience developing creative assets to make complex technologies look simple
- Excellent team player with the ability to lead and manage projects independently and work collaboratively to drive cross functionally with key stakeholders
- Experience in integrated marketing programs and good understanding of best practices in support of product marketing strategies, demand generation, lead and pipeline creation
- Experience with project management systems (JIRA, Basecamp, Trello) and agile marketing
- Exceptional communicator – both written and verbal
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Superior organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple ongoing tasks
Desired Education, Experience & Competencies
- Experience in the wireless/telecommunication industry
- Pragmatic Marketing or other Product Marketing certification
- Product Management experience valuable
- Experience with Salesforce, Aha and Eloqua or other similar MarTech tools
- Experience working with indirect channels
