Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Head to lead our team and drive operational excellence within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management, business development, and process improvement. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business development and growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion of departmental initiatives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure cohesive operations across the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess departmental performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a relevant industry.
- Strong skills in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability in business development strategies that drive growth.

Qualifications
- Must have some knowledge of Hockey and Alpine sports.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proven ability in negotiation and process improvement.
- Experience in business development and project management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management, negotiation, leadership, and business development.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and lead teams.
- Must be comfortable in a shop setting and willing to learn hands-on skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.25-$17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
