You as a Sr. VDC Coordinator will:
Collaborate with VDC Leadership team to build a BIM Execution Plan and VDC implementation strategy Understand the owner BIM / Employers Information Requirements (EIR) and use a custom suite of software tools to prepare model-based deliverables Have the freedom and creativity to develop project specific workflows that utilize BIM data for estimating, logistics, planning, scheduling (4D), coordination, field layout, and facilitates management. Use your 3D Modeling skills to model Architectural, Structural, MEP and Construction Logistic elements as needed for representation, visualization, and coordination. Facilitate reality capture, utilizing LiDAR, Drones and 360 Photography for model integration, QA/QC, analysis, and visualization Participate in software testing, R&D initiatives and continue personal and professional growth Develop solutions with the project stakeholders by performing model-based design and constructability review, clash detection and visualization Generate drawings and construction documents from the BIM using standardized details and workflows Is this the right role for you?
You have a University degree/ Technology Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, M&E or related field. You have a minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience with focus on BIM Management, modeling and technologies (preferably on-site). You have a high level of knowledge interpreting design and construction drawings. You are certified in RPAS (Drone) Operator, or able to achieve the certification. Advanced experience in Revit, AutoCAD / AutoCAD Civil 3D and Navisworks is required. Autodesk BIM360, Revizto, Synchro Pro, and any BIM-related training or certifications are considered an asset.
