They exert significant influence with industrial clients by understanding their needs, tailoring solutions, and providing expert guidance. They drive business growth by effectively translating technical capabilities into customer-centric solutions.RESPONSIBILITIESLeverage understanding of industrial reliability and industrial processes to influence a market penetration strategy.Elevate the technical acumen of the sales team by providing comprehensive product, service, and solution knowledge.Collaborate with the sales team to educate clients on the positive impacts that our products, services, and solutions can have on their operational efficiency and productivity.Conduct thorough analysis to identify pain points, challenges, and efficiency goals of clients.Offer expertise in precision maintenance services such as alignment, balancing, transmissions, and bearings.Promote and explain the benefits of oil analysis, vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound services.Advise on greasing techniques, hardware installation support, and data collection.Demonstrate our offering in developing comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.Help clients manage Industry 4.0 projects, root cause and breakdown analysis, reliability audits, and comprehensive project management.Provide pre-sales consultative support, addressing technical inquiries and conducting product demonstrations.Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems.Play a pivotal role in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Assist with the development of sales aids and promotional materials for new sales solutions.Deliver persuasive and informative presentations to clients.Brainstorm and write original content to entice, engage, and convert current and prospective clients.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSCollege Diploma in Engineering Technologies or Bachelor's of Engineering (or equivalent experience)Intermediate knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SoftwareIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of industrial reliability products and servicesMinimum 3 years' industrial sales experience in a B2B environmentStrong technical background in mechanical and electrical maintenance.Excellent communication and client relationship skills.Experience with preventive maintenance and reliability engineering.CMRP certification or willingness to obtain it.LOCATION: Saint John, NB or Mount Pearl, NL, travel requiredABOUT USAtlantic Controls' purpose is To Help Industry Thrive in Eastern Canada.
