Business Development Representative, Microsoft Teams Rooms, M365 & Surface Hub
The Business Development Rep for Microsoft MTR/M365/Hub will proactively manage build and execute a GTM strategy for Microsoft MTR/M365/Hub. The employee must be a proactive go-getter, creative problem solver, and industry experience is preferred. The employee will serve as MTR/M365/Hub point of contact for programs, forecasting, pipeline, training, etc. This employee will be the point of contact for Microsoft MTR sales teams and SYNNEX internal sales teams.

- Meet and exceed topline revenue and net gross margin goals for Microsoft MTR/M365/Hub
- Drive strategy and execution on MTR solutions, cross-sell strategies across STELLR team and SYNNEX org
- Above average customer sales support of top partners and SYNNEX sales support teams serving those top partners / under 2-hour email response times during business hours
- Must quickly ramp up on Microsoft CSP, Teams, Surface Hub, and ecosystem products/solutions; will responsible for training and presenting to other teams
- Work with multiple SYNNEX and Microsoft teams including but not limited to: Microsoft CSP/M365, Microsoft Devices/Hub, Poly, Lenovo, Crestron, HP, Yealink, SYNNEX Sales Teams, PMs-Marketing, COLLABSolv, etc.
- Identify and recruit Microsoft Teams Rooms partners
- Enable sales and technical capabilities with Microsoft Teams Rooms partners
- Accelerate sales capacity and capability with device channel partners
- Report to SYNNEX and Microsoft weekly on activity, KPIs, progress and obstacles
- May be involved in solution-bundling projects / and work with marketing for to produce and execute meaningful collateral, SPIFF programs, etc.
Your passion is sparked by:
- Minimum post-secondary degree with an emphasis on Business/ Sales/ Marketing
- Device OEM experience required.
- Experience working with members of the Microsoft sales field, OEM & channel sales partners.
- Microsoft sales experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of related partner sales or technical experience required, with preference to voice, communication, collaboration & AV and demonstrated ability to scale through partner sales in a partner led or partner co-sell motion.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in management conversations, presentations, and email
- Demonstrate continuous learning, intellectual curiosity, and improvement in professional impact on a daily basis.
