A typical day as a Territory Manager includes:
- Responsible for all On Premise and Grocery sales in the territory; may also assist with TBS and LCBO channels
- Assist Finance with Accounts Receivable
- Maintain all account notes in our CRM
- Actively oversee inventory for stores, ensuring they are ordering based on their weekly needs
- Creating a daily, weekly and monthly ride schedule
- Overseeing events in the territory
- Actively seek new partnerships and growth opportunities
- Effectively planning daily, weekly or monthly/quarterly based goals and distribution objectives
- Fully utilize fact-based sales data to present the commercial value of Collective Art brands
- Locate and secure impactful outlet visibility opportunities for brands in all facets within the geographical territory
- Identify and make inroads into “Key” accounts. Detail distribution, revenue and brand marketing opportunity
- Service and improve the marketability of our products through shelf management, display position and frequency, concept selling and price point management
We’re looking for candidates who have/are:
- Minimum 3 years structured selling experience
- Reside within geographic boundaries of the sales territory
- Own a reliable vehicle
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Able to work evenings and weekends when required
- Possesses a can-do attitude that seeks solutions to challenges
- Previous alcohol beverage industry experience is an asset
