We are seeking a part time Receptionist to join our team! Will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Summary/Objective: The role of the Administrative Assistant is to be the “face of the company” by answering and routing all calls in a prompt and professional manner.
Essential Functions:
- Assist walk-ins with employment applications and payments
- Sort mail for all departments, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Complete Dispatch Tickets for Roll-off
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors, co-workers, customers, peace officers and the general public; both in-person and remotely via telephone or e-mail
- Follow all company rules, policies and procedures including promptly reporting for duty as scheduled
- Avoid any activity that could adversely affect the company’s brand and image
- Perform other duties as assigned i.e. cross training in other departments
- Complete all assigned work and related record-keeping
- Avoid generating internal or external complaints
- Consistently meet all company standards for safety, service and productivity results
Requirements & Physical Demands:
- Multitasker, excellent organization skills
- Intermediate computer skills required for: MS Office and Tower
