Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Time Warner is looking for a dedicated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. This part-time role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure quality customer service. 3. Monitor call center metrics and performance indicators to meet targets and goals. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction. 6. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep staff informed and motivated. 7. Implement call center technology and software to improve operations and efficiency. 8. Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in call center management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role. 3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 5. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations. 6. Project management and problem-solving skills. 7. Persuasion and negotiation skills. 8. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 9. Knowledge of call center technology and software.
