Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Call Center Officer to join our team at DaVita HealthCare Partners in Montreal, Quebec. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their healthcare needs. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or schedule appointments. 3. Provide information about healthcare services and products to customers. 4. Assist with troubleshooting customer issues and complaints. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.

Requirements: 1. Independent and hardworking personality traits. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think innovatively and negotiate effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
