Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Graham Construction is seeking a highly experienced Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and at least 7 years of relevant experience in client support or a related field.


As a Remote Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all client support activities, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions, issues, or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.


Key responsibilities of the role include: - Managing a team of remote client support specialists and overseeing their daily activities - Developing and implementing client support strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Providing training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively support clients - Monitoring client support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive performance - Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience - Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products or services to existing clients - Resolving escalated client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously improve our processes and procedures


The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and attributes: - A minimum of 7 years of experience in client support, customer service, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - A passion for helping others and a resourceful mindset - A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work collaboratively with others - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Strong planning and prioritization skills - A proactive and positive attitude - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
