Interim Perioperative Educator

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical education and training to perioperative staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and best practices
• Support onboarding and continuous development of surgical services personnel
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and improve outcomes

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (required)
• Minimum 5 years of recent perioperative (OR) nursing experience
• Prior educator experience (required)
• BSN (required)
• MSN or national nursing certification (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills
