At Graphic Makers & Printers, we specialize in high-quality printing services and custom designs for businesses across various industries. We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and support our growing customer base in the USA.

As a Customer Service Representative at Graphic Makers & Printers, you’ll be the friendly voice that connects with our clients. This is an junior, remote position where you’ll help customers with their inquiries, assist with orders, and provide top-notch service. The role is part-time, with 5-hour shifts from Monday to Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls and answer emails from customers, assisting with inquiries, order status, and general support.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services, helping clients make informed decisions.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a positive, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
• Ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist with any administrative tasks as needed, including order processing and general inquiries.

• English proficiency: C1 level (fluent speaking and writing).
• Extroverted personality: Enjoys engaging with customers and has a positive, energetic attitude.
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about taking phone calls.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Availability to work part-time shifts (5 hours per day) Monday to Fridays.
