Join Qonto as Director of Core Finance to lead our finance transformation and prepare us for our next journey. Working closely with our CFO, Anita, you'll drive critical improvements across our finance function, impacting every aspect of our business.

As a Director of Finance at Qonto, you will:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive finance roadmap for the next 12-24 months.
  2. Lead and develop a team of around 20 talent across treasury, tax, Finance Transformation, accounting & consolidation, and Asset & Liability Management.
  3. Drive the implementation of a new ERP system and optimize key finance processes.
  4. Identify and mitigate key financial risks as we scale our business.

What you can expect:

  1. Market/Team Context: Lead a finance team in one of Europe's fastest-growing fintechs, navigating the challenges of rapid growth and regulatory complexity.
  2. Methodologies: Implement best-in-class finance processes and systems, balancing agility with robust controls.
  3. Projects: Recent successes include streamlining our month-end close process and implementing advanced consolidation tools.

About your future manager:

You'll report to Anita, our CFO, who brings a wealth of experience in scaling finance functions in high-growth environments. Anita has a hands-on approach and passion for developing strong, autonomous finance leaders.

About You:

  1. Experience: You've led finance teams of 15/20 people, ideally in a regulated environment, fast-growing tech, or fintech environment.
  2. Expertise: You have a track record of successfully implementing large-scale finance transformations, such as ERP systems or IFRS transitions.
  3. Leadership: You excel at developing and coaching finance managers to achieve ambitious goals.
  4. Process Optimization: You have a proven ability to streamline finance processes and drive efficiency improvements.
  5. Risk Management: You're skilled at identifying and mitigating financial risks in complex, regulated environments.
