Veeva Consultant - 374

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Expert to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of various Veeva Vault modules, such as Veeva Vault RIM, Quality, QMS, and Clinical.

Responsibilities

System Implementation & Consulting:

• Advise on best practices for Veeva Vault RIM modules and tailor the applications to meet specific business needs.
• Lead system implementations, including system configuration and validation, authoring and updating SOPs, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Project manage Veeva-related implementation activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.

System Support & Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support for Veeva Vault applications, including consulting, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Manage change control processes and release management for Veeva Vault upgrades.

Workflow Optimization & Migration:

• Support and execute data migration activities for seamless transitions between systems.
• Optimize workflows, permissions, and configurations to enhance usability and efficiency.

Training and Collaboration:

• Deliver training to end-users, ensuring understanding and effective use of Veeva Vault modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Quality, Safety, and Manufacturing, to align system use with organizational goals.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, IT, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Veeva in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
• Proven expertise in the implementation, planning, and execution of Veeva Vault.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault modules, such as Veeva Vault RIM, Quality, QMS, and Clinical.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for system configurations and workflows.
• Knowledge of migration best practices and experience managing transitions between systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders and provide training.
