Your HR Business Partner Team

Your New Tasks & Projects:

• First point of contact and interface to the supervised departments in all knowledge-based HR topics
• Proactive consulting of managers to solve complex problems and develop appropriate solutions
• Consulting as well as support regarding performance management, succession planning, career paths, development opportunities or conflict resolution
• Supporting the department during the personnel cost planning and forecasting process
• Ensuring the implementation of the KWS-wide HR strategy and deriving strategic measures for the departments supported
• Interface management between the Centers of Expertise and the Service Center
• Collaboration on HR projects

Your Profile & Expertise:

• Proven long-term and relevant professional experience in the HR area and in executive support; ideally in a global company
• Proven practical experience in general strategic HR development as well as talent and performance management
• High integrity and effective negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Very good communication skills with the right level of diplomacy and assertiveness
• Very good knowledge of individual and collective labor law; proven experience in leading works council negotiations to conclude company agreements
• Ability to analyze HR key figures and derive appropriate measures from them
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP and other relevant IT system
• Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
