We are looking for a multi-talented apprentice in the field of event and office management. This includes many varied topics, such as community management, sales, purchasing and operations. Become part of our international team and experience our hybrid and dynamic working environment!

Your tasks include:

• You will be responsible for our coworking and event space management in Frankfurt and will be the contact person for our community and partners on site. 
• You will be actively involved in looking after and welcoming our community and partners as well as guests and event participants on site.
• After a training phase, you will organize tours for interested guests in which you will introduce them to the central concept of TechQuartier.
• You will be jointly responsible for coordinating appointments, preparing and managing our meeting rooms and event spaces as well as operating the available technology.
• You will provide support with general office activities and contribute to the smooth running of the coworking space on a day-to-day basis.
• You will be jointly responsible for accepting (telephone) inquiries, including the initial consultation.
• You actively support the creation and maintenance of our KPIs in the area of Operations & Community Management.
• You support the planning and coordination of the onboarding and offboarding of community members.
• You will be involved in the monitoring, tracking, improvement and further development of coworking and community offerings and actively contribute your ideas.

• You have completed your school education with a Realschule certificate or (Fach-) Abitur.
• You have very good knowledge of German and a good level of English. 
• You are curious and interested in the startup world and would like to start in an exciting working environment.  
• You have a structured and independent way of working and are very reliable. 
• You are service-oriented and have great organizational skills and enjoy working with people.
• You have a high willingness to learn, a hands-on mentality and are solution-oriented.
• You are confident in using MS Office and you are open to familiarize yourself with new tools.

• You have already had your first contact with the startup world. You are familiar with terms such as accelerator, hackathon or pitch deck.
• You have already gained experience in customer management and/or event management in an internship or part-time job.
• You have a strong personal passion for innovation topics and an agile way of working.
