Commercial Counsel (m/w/x)

We are looking for a talented and experienced mid-level Commercial Counsel (m/f/x) to join our dynamic Legal team in Berlin. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact.

🎯What you will contribute:

• General legal support for various business units;


• You are the main point of contact for our commercial, supply chain, marketing and procurement teams, and will negotiate complex contracts with our several vendors;


• Handle legal matters in various European jurisdictions, with a focus on Germany and Spain;


• You will draft and review various contracts (e.g. Purchase agreements, Influencer and marketing agreements, NDAs, Ts and Cs, Term Sheets, Cooperation Agreements etc.);


• Apply hands-on experience in drafting and processing contracts, especially in the digital environment;

🤝 What you bring:

• Full qualification as a lawyer in a European jurisdiction;


• 2-4 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a leading law firm or in-house


• Profound knowledge of German and EU consumer protection law; knowledge of Spanish law is a strong plus;


• Start-up experience (a big plus);


• Ideally experience with legal operation and project management systems;


• Strong communication and analytical skills;


• Fluency in German (C1 min.) and English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant plus.
