We’re expanding and currently looking for a Documentation Manager (m/f/d) to join and strengthen our customer team in Ottobrunn.

In this role, you will take ownership of comprehensive document management processes within the aerospace sector. You will collaborate closely with the configuration management and satellite project teams in a supportive, highly technical environment equipped with modern tools and state-of-the-art technology.

As the primary point of contact for document and data management at the national level, you will also support transnational processes, methodologies, and tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across borders.

Your main tasks

• Formal checking of internal documents against templates and guidelines
• Receiving and reviewing external document/data package deliveries
• Delivering documents and data packages to ADS internal teams, suppliers, and customers

Desired Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation management within the aeronautics/aerospace sector
• Completed training in technical documentation or a comparable qualification
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent communication skills in English and German
• Experience with PDM systems (e.g., PTC-Windchill) or information systems (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace) is a plus
• Confident with standard MS Office tools and Google Apps

Additional Requirement

The position requires a security clearance under the Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz (SÜG). Please note that such clearance is only available to citizens of EU countries.
