Your day-to-day:

• Answer questions and resolve issues for customers via phone, email and chat
• Use CRM tools to manage and track issues efficiently
• Ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues quickly and effectively
• Create a positive experience for each customer with friendly and professional communication
• Collaborate with your team and share feedback with management to keep improving

Who are we looking for?

• German and English: Fluent in German and able to communicate in English (B2 level)
• Curiosity and a growth mindset: No need for prior customer service experience- just a desire to learn!
• Basic tech skills: Comfortable with computers and multitasking
• Communication skills: Good listening, problem solving and relationship-building abilities
• Greece: You are willing to relocate to Greece (at the company's expense)
