About the opportunity
In this role you will
Ensuring timely reporting of the SLAs and KRIs across all business lines
Interact with company-wide stakeholders by supporting the Third Party Risk Assessment process
Ensuring the Outsourcing Register is up to date
Support the implementation of the outsourcing methodology as well as the associated tools, templates, reporting standards and escalation processes
Support the department in defining the relevant key performance indicators, key risk indicators and relevant reporting
Support the monitoring of the regular performance evaluation of the departments based on defined KPIs and KRIs
Carry out 2nd level controls and sample testing
Support the set up of contingency plans as well as exit & termination strategies by the department and actively monitor any further need for action
Prepare and continuously update training materials
What you need to be successful
Background
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant areas
Experience in Sourcing, Vendor Risk, Risk Management, Outsourcing management
Skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, creativity, critical thinking, as well as ability to identify problems and propose solutions
Excellent communication skills
Keen in building up in-depth knowledge of banking regulation and common industry standards
Hands-on approach and eagerness to tackle new topics while demonstrating a quick grasp in conceptual project work and strategic thinking
Fluency in English is required, fluency in German is a plus
