YOUR MISSION
Join us as a Senior Software Engineer on the backend side and leave your mark in re-defining how energy traders work! You will have a real impact in shaping our engineering culture and - of course - our platform, assuming responsibility and growing within our quickly developing start-up.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU'LL DO
Being part of our engineering team, you will:
- Play an important role in planning and executing our feature roadmap.
- Work on database design with scale in mind
- Evaluate our platform performance and find solutions for bottlenecks
- Collaboratively design the architecture of the entire platform
- Evaluate, introduce and replace technologies in our existing tech stack
- Constantly improve and evolve our development workflows
- Mentor and assist less experienced team members
- Work in close collaboration with non-engineering departments, and be part of our cross-functional teams
- Shape new features in their early stage
