We're proud to champion a more sustainable way to use tech. With an average of 3-4 rental cycles per device depending on the category, we estimate that the rental of our portfolio from 2015-2021 resulted in 160,000 fewer e-waste products and about 250 tons of e-waste. 


We are looking for an ambitious senior level Account Executive (m/f/x) full-time for our B2B Team hybridly in Berlin.


🎯 What you will contribute:




  • Prospect and build pipelines and strong relationships with clients in your book of business

  • Leverage your network and be an advocate for circular economy and sustainable business practices

  • Expand existing and develop new relationships with current accounts to grow the business

  • Assist clients with consultative sales and guide them through the order process 

  • Educate clients on the value of renting tech with Grover Business

  • Close new business consistently at or above quota expectations

  • Collect feedback from your clients on new products and features, help shape the roadmap for Grover Business



🤝What you bring:



  • 3-6 years of Sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced scale-up

  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills with a result-oriented mindset

  • Strong people skills: You like to get on the phone and solve customer problems

  • An independent but highly cooperative way of working

  • A drive to solve problems once you have identified them

  • Fluent German (C1 minimum) and English skills
