Student AI Engineer

We are an early stage tech startup from Munich on a mission to make medical AI safe for every patient. Backed by leading HealthTech Investors (e.g. Nina Capital) we are working on the frontier of generative AI (e.g. Guided Diffusion), building a platform to generate diverse sets of synthetic medical images like CT, MRI, or XRay.

Aufgaben

• You will support the whole process from R&D to implementing production-ready models
• Help with research on the latest generative AI models (e.g. Guided Diffusion, …)
• Test and benchmark different machine learning methods
• Implement the best methods in a robust way and bring it into production with your team
• Implement MLOps and DevOps pipelines for internal experimentation and production
• Support the preprocessing of medical image data

Qualifikation

• You are currently enrolled in Computer Science or similar studies (preferably Master's)
• You can commit 6 months for a full-time internship
• You are well versed in ML concepts like deep neural nets or alike
• You have strong coding skills in Python (esp. PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Pandas)
• First experience with medical imaging data or synthetic image generation is a plus
• You are eager to learn more about modern ML approaches
• You feel comfortable in the dynamic environment of a tech startup
• You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently
• You can communicate effectively in English (German is a plus)
